Charles CHAHINE,doctor in Physics, has been an active member in "Laboratoire de Physique Corpusculaire" at "Collège de France" in Paris for 22 years. He spent a postdoc year at Brandeis University and a summer at FermiLab in Chicago, invited as a consultant to install his own programs of radiative corrections.The author has done fundamental work in the rearrangement of perturbation series in QuantumElectrodynamics by summingup the infinity of collinear photons responsible for the infrared divergences.
He produced a new expansion of photon emission based on Ward identities. This new series factorizes all infrared divergences in a relativistic way and leads to a gauge invariant “Oblique photon” expansion. Since only gauge invariance is used in this work, he believes that his nonperturbative method will apply someday to Quantum Chromodynamics and to the computation of relativistic boundstates formed by quarks.

AS A PHYSICIST AND PROFESSOR 
For 25 years the author has taught Thermodynamics, Mechanics, Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, Statistical Mechanics, Electromagnetism at the University of Paris. He has been an elementary school teacher for 2 years and also a teacher for undergraduate students. He has taught for many years Statistical Mechanics to Students Professors at "Ecole Normale Supérieure". He has published two books in Statistical Thermodynamics and Thermodynamics.


AS HEAD OF TWO COMPANIES 
Since 1983, Charles CHAHINE is heading a commercial software and database company, and also EVALUTEL Multimedia company he created in 1995.
His scientific knowledge, teaching skills and his personal investments lead to the achievement of revolutionary Evalutel multimedia elearning method. Eleven titles have already been produced covering almost all programs of junior and high schools in Mathematics and Physics. Among these titles, seven are already available in English.




My main objective is to transmit my passion of science for the young by exploiting Evalutel elearning method which took 15 years to develop and produce the necessary content.
